A Program Coordinator contributes to AHF by providing strategic leadership and oversight at the wellness center. They actively co-lead the team, Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Senior Program Manager, ensuring effective management of day-to-day operations, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction initiatives. This dedication guarantees the seamless delivery of testing services in alignment with AHF's CORE values. The Program Coordinator's leadership extends across patient growth, client experience, and operational performance. In addition to these responsibilities, the Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in policy development, process improvement, and cultivating relationships enhancing the overall wellness experience for AHF's clients.
A Program Coordinator enhances the reputation of AHF by serving as a dedicated advocate committed to a seamless process of testing services. The Program Coordinator ensures the wellness center operates seamlessly by actively fostering a supportive environment for both the clients we serve.
