Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of clerical experience in a healthcare setting and medical terminology knowledge preferred.
Job Duties:
Answer phone and schedule appointments, review, update, and create patient accounts to ensure the most accurate and current demographic and financial information is obtained from the patients in a timely and effective manner.
