Job description

The PFS Coordinator  is responsible for overall work performance for their respective team. They will provide training for each employee on their team to do his/her job in an efficient manner and to provide assistance to the team. This position will report to the AR Manager and work with that manager to ensure smooth operations within the team. The PFS Coordinator will also promote cohesiveness among their team.
 
Education: GED Required, High School Diploma Preferred
 

Additional Education Requirements:

 2 years Business School Preferred.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum three to five years’ experience in a healthcare finance environment. Six months to three years coordinator/supervisor experience preferred.
Knowledge of general office procedures, proficient computer skills in Windows 95 or greater. Must have sound numerical proficiency ‘ten key’.
