We are currently seeking out a Full- Time Pest Control Technician. We provide proper training for techs to succeed to the highest industry standards, newer model vehicles with state-of-the-art equipment, and the easiest software to use on the market. All U Need Pest Control is not a big national company, so when you join our team you aren't just a number.

Our Pest Control Technician's enjoy benefits such as:

A day in the life at All U Need Pest Control:
• Come in with an eager and motivated attitude, ready to help inform and ease customer concerns
• Meet with customers and interact with them to produce an enjoyable experience
• Inspect and diagnose pest related issues and relaying the findings to the customer an easing and comforting manner
• Listen to the customers' needs and concerns, while adapting accordingly
• Educate them on the pest findings and elimination techniques options based on an IPM (integrated pest management) solutions
• Treat the areas of the house with proper IPM techniques in areas of the house such as interiors, exteriors, porches, and pool screens. All services to be completed with accuracy and quality
• Prepare proper service notifications for the customer to easily read and relay the concerns back to the office in detailed notes, all done via inhouse software on company provided cell phone
• Handle a pre-arranged schedule made by the office and jobs to be completed in a timely manner, while still producing excellent customer service
• Attend company meetings and training sessions. Motivated attitude to complete self-research, to stay in touch with industry trends and standards. Always staying educated with the newest products and technology the company is implementing
• Handling company equipment with respect and preserving proper cleanliness and maintenance

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Valid drivers license
Pass a pre-employment criminal background check
Pass a pre-employment drug screen
Possess and maintain a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week in a drug-free workplace
Have reliable transportation to and from the office daily
Prior experience is preferred but not required
Be personable and enjoy interacting with customers
