Executive Personal Assistant

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote)

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 Base Salary + Bonus

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Personal Assistant to support a senior executive and his family based in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can seamlessly manage both executive business responsibilities and personal affairs with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and special events.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal stakeholders, external partners, vendors, and clients.
  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

Personal Support

  • Manage personal calendars, appointments, and family-related scheduling.
  • Coordinate personal travel arrangements and vacation planning.
