Personal Lines Team Lead
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Team Lead to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and leading the Personal Lines Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Compensation Package
  • Salary Range: $62,500 - $80,000 annually
  • Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Directly manage the Personal Lines Sales and Account Management teams, including supervision, coaching, and professional development
  • Set performance expectations and monitor key performance indicators to achieve sales, service, and retention goals
  • Provide guidance and establish standards to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Represent the agency at networking and community events
  • Foster a high-performing, motivated, and accountable team culture
  • Collaborate with staff to resolve client issues, improve processes, and drive revenue growth
  • Audit workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance
  • Support budget development and monitor departmental financial health
  • Handle occasional confrontations with customers in a professional and effective manner
  • Prioritize in-person interactions and ensure they are efficient and productive
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license and a valid driver's license are required
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of management experience; account management experience is preferred but can be taught
  • Technical Skills: Experience with EPIC software is preferred, but training will be provided if necessary
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer interaction skills, adaptability, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
  • Education: Relevant educational background is preferred
