Were a large, fast-paced, customer-focused agency looking to grow our team with a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager.

The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for servicing and managing a book of personal lines insurance clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service and retention.

Responsibilities

Manage daily servicing of personal lines accounts, including policy changes, renewals, billing, and claims assistance

Provide professional, prompt, and courteous service to clients and prospects

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional coverage

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our management system

Assist with new business quoting and policy issuance

Follow up on leads and work closely with producers to support sales efforts

Ensure compliance with Farmers Insurance guidelines and state regulations


Requirements

Prior experience in personal lines insurance (preferred)

Active California Property & Casualty License (required)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently

Familiarity with insurance management systems (experience with Farmers systems a plus)

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
