Job description

We’re partnering with a growing plaintiff-side law firm to add a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to their team. This role will focus on supporting personal injury matters from intake through settlement, working closely with attorneys, clients, and internal teams to drive strong case outcomes.

This is a hands-on position offering significant case involvement, where you’ll be responsible for moving matters forward efficiently while maintaining a high level of client service. The firm offers a collaborative environment and is continuing to expand its team due to consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients while coordinating records, documentation, and case materials
  • Draft demand packages, correspondence, and other legal documents; assist with liability and damages analysis
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters and track case progress to ensure timely resolution

  • 5+ years of experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal (plaintiff-side experience required)
