Summary
AHQ Paralegal will support legal operations. The position work closely with attorneys, business persons, and external partners to help drive efficient contract processes, improve legal workflows, and support a variety of legal matters across the company. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by strengthening operational excellence within a dynamic, highly collaborative environment.
Compensation
$78,500 - $82,000 yearly salary range. (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
Responsibilities
ㅇServing as a primary liaison between AHQ legal team and external lawyers for large cases and projects, and manage invoice payments.
ㅇManaging, prioritizing, and tracking contract requests and approvals in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
ㅇSupporting litigation and pre-litigation matters by organizing and reporting information from multiple sources.
ㅇDeveloping, implementing, and refining procedures to improve accuracy, approvals, record-keeping, and overall legal operations efficiency.
ㅇMaintaining and updating case files, contracting templates, litigation templates, and internal playbooks.
ㅇMonitoring and evaluating contract-management processes to measure effectiveness and ensure compliance.
ㅇScheduling meetings, Setting up meeting rooms, and other administrative supports
• Traveling domestic up to 15%
