Pay Range: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually (depending on experience); bonus potential depending on performance.

How will you contribute to our team?

  • Focus on Pre-Litigation cases.
  • Handles and develops strategy for Personal Injury cases.
  • Ability to work in a team oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
  • Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
  • Examines legal and medical data to determine insurance coverage, liability, damages, and overall strategy.
  • Conducts research, guides clients, and handles details in preparation for case-related events.
  • Develops settlement brochures, strategies, and arguments in preparation for presentation of case. Responsible for legal compliance with respect to disbursements and settlement funds.
  • Effectively utilizes available technology to successfully perform the duties of the position.
  • Must be willing to establish and build relationships with other professionals in the communities we serve to enhance our brand recognition, marketing efforts and client service.
  • Travel is required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • JD degree from an accredited college or university.
  • NC State Bar membership required. Additional State Bar memberships (particularly South Carolina and/or Virginia) a plus.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience handling NC personal injury cases.
  • Personal injury litigation experience a plus but not required.
