Personal Injury Litigation Attorney – Reaves Law Firm, PLLC (Memphis, TN)

Reaves Law Firm, PLLC, is a 100% Black-owned personal injury law firm in the United States. For over 15 years, we have fought for justice, serving thousands of clients throughout Memphis and the surrounding regions. 

We are a trial-focused law firm respected by peers, trusted by clients, and recognized for our courtroom results. We are seeking Litigation Attorneys who are currently in the Memphis area or who are willing to relocate quickly to the Memphis area.  To be successful in this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and share our dedication to client advocacy, justice, and community impact. If you are licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar (or eligible for admission by reciprocity or waiver, as applicable) and have prior experience in personal injury litigation, civil litigation, or related trial work (plaintiff or defense), this is for you. 

Role Overview
As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will serve as a zealous advocate and quarterback for your clients. Your role is to pursue the best possible outcomes, adapt to opposing counsel, and provide consistent, client-focused representation from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee personal injury cases from intake to trial, leveraging support from paralegals and the litigation team.  Associate Attorneys will work under the direction of an experienced licensed attorney.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
  • Build strong client relationships, treating each client’s story with respect and empathy
  • Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain adherence to professional conduct standards and court requirements
  • Collaborate with internal litigation support resources, including experts and vendors, to strengthen case outcomes
