Position Responsibilities:
  • Process all retail license or permit renewal applications, revisions, and payments in accordance with internal policies and procedures for assigned geographic regions.
  • Regularly communicate with licensing jurisdictions and agencies to ensure invoices, payments, licenses, and permits are being processed timely and report issues to internal stakeholders when they arise.
  • Maintain physical and digital records associated with all applications, licenses, permits, invoices, payments, correspondence, and reports.
  • Prepare memos and reports related to assigned duties.
  • Perform related work and research as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-year degree required. Previous administrative experience is a plus.
  • Must possess computer literacy in PC based operating systems and programs, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both orally and in writing, including interactions in person, over the telephone and via electronic means. Written communication skills required.
  • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, follow through, and time management skills.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, work independently, and perform as a self-starter.
