Job Title: Senior Tax Manager

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tax Manager to join our team in Kirkland, WA. In this leadership role, you will manage multiple client engagements, ensuring budgets and production goals are met while delivering exceptional service. You’ll collaborate closely with Tax Partners to meet client needs in both planning and compliance, while effectively managing risk and ensuring top-tier results across all tax-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients, estates, and trusts.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and proactively identify planning opportunities.

  • Manage and mentor junior team members to support professional growth and engagement success.

  • Coordinate with Tax Partners to align on client strategies and risk management.

  • Maintain a strong client service focus throughout all engagement phases.

Qualifications:

  • CPA certification is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field) required.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tax Manager or 7+ years as a Senior Tax Manager, preferably in a small or mid-tier public accounting firm.

  • Extensive experience working with private clients, including HNWIs, estates, and trusts.
