Job description

Job Summary:
1872 Consulting is seeking a Technology Product Manager to focus on Argus and property forecasting as part of their Finance platform. The role involves leading technical integration workstreams, managing product strategy, and fostering stakeholder relationships to ensure the success of the Argus product.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the product strategy and roadmap, in partnership with the vendor and business stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial planning and analysis team, with specific focus on property NOI forecasting
• Manage the product as part of a larger ecosystem of applications in the Finance Platform and the larger Link technology platform.
• Engage with business stakeholders to create and manage a demand management process to analyze, prioritize, and deliver on business requests
• Define and manage OKRs that build confidence in the platform and ensure the platform meets the needs and goals of the business
• Engage with functional leaders as their trusted advisor
• Build user communities that provide a continuous feedback loop that advances the platform as business needs evolve
• Maintain collaborative relationships with the Link Technology and Data teams
• Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors that challenge them to deliver world-class service for Link
• Develop business cases, user requirements, and project charters
• Manage processes to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources across
• Create and manage processes for testing, release management, and change control
• Manage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT management
• Manage application infrastructure services from internal and external providers
• Manage integrations with Link and external products and platforms
• Develop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceed operational expectations
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience with Product Management
• 3+ years of experience working with financial systems, ideally as a Product Manager or Business Analyst
Preferred:
• Argus Financial Software
• SaaS experience
• Experience working with customer success teams
• Real estate experience
