CyberLinx Solutions, LLC is seeking a strong Desktop Technician with proven ability to multi-task and to prioritize rapidly changing task assignments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Must be able to possess a Security Clearance.
Essential Job Functions Troubleshoot desktop IT equipment and related peripherals (monitors, mice, printers, phones, etc). Replace/Install desktop IT equipment and related peripherals (monitors, mice, printers, phones, etc). Install approved software onto workstations.
Technician will provided front-line technical support, installing, configuring, and maintaining PC hardware, software, and peripherals to ensure optimal workstation performance. Provide expert support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the subject matter. Coordinate with contract management and Government personnel to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs.
