Job description

. 8+ years of exp. in performance testing & engineering 2. Understand the end to end systems & products. Support customer IT, business and solution architects in defining the right NFRs (Non Functional Requirements) & recommend for process improvement if any identified 3. Work closely with customer IT and solution architects in identifying the gaps on current performance testing process & propose suitable recommendations 4. Experience in Retail domain and SAP HANA performance testing is a plus. 5. Experience in defining PT strategy / planning at a program / product level 6. Experience in Cloud, Standalone, Mobile and CRM based applications. 7. Expert in performance testing tools - LoadRunner & APM tools (AppDynamics / Dynatrace), Mobile performance testing 8. Coordinate with offshore & support in coming up with right performance testing aseessment & recommendation reports
