Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $40.00hr - $45.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering.
  • Strong expertise in Apache JMeter and enterprise-scale performance validation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, or AppDynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of Performance Engineering, Capacity Planning, SRE, Root Cause Analysis, and Performance Tuning in distributed and cloud-native environments.
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or high-volume transaction systems is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead performance testing strategy, frameworks, standards, and best practices across applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
  • Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, volume, and capacity testing to ensure application reliability and performance.
  • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Analyze application, database, infrastructure, and network performance to identify bottlenecks and drive performance improvements.
