Job description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in NeoLoad and SAP Performance Testing. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define performance testing strategies, gather non-functional requirements (NFRs), develop and execute performance test scripts, analyze system performance, and deliver detailed performance reports.

This role requires strong client-facing communication skills and hands-on experience leading performance testing initiatives for enterprise applications.

Required Skills
  • 8–10 years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with NeoLoad.
  • Experience performing SAP Performance Testing.
  • Strong understanding of Performance Testing methodologies, workload modeling, and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
  • Experience creating performance test strategies and test plans.
  • Expertise in developing, executing, and maintaining performance test scripts.
  • Experience analyzing performance bottlenecks and preparing comprehensive performance test reports.
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Performance Engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts and practices.
  • Experience with performance monitoring and system tuning.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to understand performance objectives and business requirements.
  • Define and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies.

  • Support continuous performance improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Relevant Performance Testing certification is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
