Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Testing Architect to join our team in Wilmington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing methodologies and tools, with a proven track record of designing and implementing performance testing strategies for complex applications. This role requires a deep understanding of performance metrics, load testing, and the ability to analyze and interpret performance data to ensure optimal application performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance testing strategies for various applications to ensure they meet performance standards.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify performance testing requirements and integrate them into the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
  • Analyse performance test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Continuously improve performance testing processes and methodologies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on performance testing best practices.
