Job Description/Years of experience:
Seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead / Performance Test Architect with 7+ years of experience in performance engineering, load testing, resiliency validation, and cloud-based application testing. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end performance testing strategies across distributed applications and infrastructure, ensuring system scalability, reliability, failover readiness, and operational resilience. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cloud platforms, Kubernetes/AKS environments, networking, and infrastructure automation to validate application performance under real-world and peak load conditions.
Responsibilities:
• Performance Test Architect with 7+ yrs of experience. Will require end2end testing, performance testing, failover. Overall understanding of the Infra and Application to conduct load testing, failure recovery, KPIs, etc.
