What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and deliver technical support to customers and internal teams on cement products, applications, and performance optimization
  • Partner with commercial, operations, and quality teams to resolve product issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze technical data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and enhance product quality and consistency
  • Represent the company in customer meetings, industry forums, and technical presentations to strengthen relationships and credibility
  • Support new product development and implementation by providing subject matter expertise and field insights
