Job description

About The Position 

Clinical Architecture is seeking a Website Administrator and SEO Specialist to join our Marketing department in the Indianapolis, IN area. This role is responsible for the development and optimization of Clinical Architecture's brand website and a custom client-facing website.  

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Marketing department and other departments to ensure both websites remain current, accurate, and effective. This role combines technical website management with hands-on SEO execution to improve site performance, increase organic traffic, and support marketing efforts.  

  • This role will report to our VP, Marketing.
  • This role is required to be on site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters. Clinical Architecture offers ample flexibility to accommodate a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities 

  • Maintain, update, and build new pages to ensure performance, usability, and content accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site issues across WordPress and connected tools.
  • Execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and backlink building.  
  • Implement technical SEO best practices including metadata, site structure, and schema markup.  
  • Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate across the marketing team to optimize content, landing pages, and campaigns for search visibility.
  • Create and support digital assets including blog graphics, social media images, basic page layouts, and other marketing visuals to enhance content engagement. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in website management, SEO, or digital marketing.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Basic familiarity with PHP is a plus. Comfortable navigating WordPress.
  • Experience with GA4, Search Console, SEMrush (or similar SEO tools), and HubSpot.
  • Understanding of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals, including metadata, schema markup, and backlink strategies.  
  • Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) and an eye for clean, user-friendly layouts.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
