What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage residential and commercial projects from start to finish.
  • Create detailed work orders, schedules, and timelines for crews and subcontractors.
  • Keep customers informed, engaged, and confident throughout the process.
  • Coordinate material selections, purchases, permits, and inspections.
  • Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and within budget.
  • Approve subcontractor invoices and manage project costs efficiently.
  • Uphold the highest safety standards for everyone on site.
     
What You Bring
  • Basic knowledge of construction processes, tools, and terminology.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Comfort with technology and basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment requirements.
     

Preferred (but not required):

  • Associate degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in construction; 5+ years in project management preferred.
  • Certifications such as Dwelling Contractor, OSHA 10 HR, or Lead Safe Renovator.
