Peak Landscape, Inc

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision

Job description

About Peak Landscape
Peak Landscape, Inc. is a commercial landscape company serving the Oregon and Washington markets. We operate across seven service divisions - Maintenance, Enhancement, Tree Care, Irrigation, Plant Health Care, Snow & Ice, and Construction - and we're growing fast. If you're driven, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering on your commitments, you'll thrive here.
Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Landscape Project Manager/Estimator who can own a project from proposal to punch list. This is a dual-role position: you'll be out estimating new work and managing the execution of projects you win. You need to be equally comfortable reading a set of plans and talking to a property manager.
What You'll Do
  • Estimate landscape enhancement, construction, and improvement projects ranging from $5K to $500K+
  • Develop detailed proposals including scope, materials, labor, subcontractor costs, and project timelines
  • Manage awarded projects from kickoff through completion, including scheduling, crew coordination, and subcontractor oversight
  • Serve as the primary client contact during project execution - communicating clearly, proactively, and professionally
  • Conduct site walks and property assessments to identify scope and uncover opportunities
  • Coordinate with division leads, Account Managers, and field crews to ensure smooth project handoffs
  • Track project budgets, hours, and material costs against estimates; identify and communicate variances early
  • Assist with bid strategy and go/no-go decisions on larger opportunities
  • Maintain accurate project records in Aspire (our operations platform)

Requirements
Required:
  • 5+ years of commercial landscape experience, with at least 2 years in an estimating or project management role
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, competitive bids on landscape enhancement and/or construction projects
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and specifications
  • Proficiency with estimating software and/or CRM tools (Aspire experience a plus)
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
  • Experience in commercial landscape maintenance environments (understanding of ongoing account context)
  • Irrigation and/or tree care estimating experience
  • Familiarity with the Portland or Seattle commercial real estate market
  • OLCA, NALP, or other industry association involvement

Benefits
  • Competitive base salary + performance incentives tied to project margin
  • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision)
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
  • Tools and technology to do your job well (Aspire, mobile access, estimating resources)
  • A leadership team that's growing intentionally and investing in the right people
  • Clear path for advancement as we scale
