Project Manager
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead small to medium complexity projects. This role involves assuming accountability for delivering results and managing project teams composed of internal and external resources. The position requires a hybrid work model, with two days in the office and a requirement for on-site visits to surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead small to medium complexity projects, assuming accountability for delivering results.
  • Manage project team, including internal and external resources.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables using internal PMO tools and templates.
  • Conduct analyses to estimate and track project costs and budgets.
  • Define resource requirements and negotiate availability with resource managers.
  • Manage vendor relationships to align vendor schedules, costs, and deliverables with the overall project plan.
  • Establish, maintain, and update project risk log; resolve project issues and escalate as appropriate.
  • Manage project change control and follow existing policies.
  • Ensure project-related documentation is accurate and complete.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have experience managing a combination of the following project types:
  • Network infrastructure and cloud modernization projects.
  • Cybersecurity, access control, and security standardization.
  • SCADA and operational technology projects.
  • Asset management and GIS-related initiatives.
  • Enterprise applications implementations (CIS, SaaS, and system integrations).

Experience: 5+ years of project management experience.
Technical Skills: Application familiarity with ESRI, IQGEO, Verkada, CUSI, Elements, Splunk, Five9, SAP.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field.
  • PMI or equivalent certification.
  • Understanding of business process improvement and change management.
