This full-time position allows the successful candidate to work remotely while contributing significantly to our outpatient program, which focuses on supporting individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and interviews to gather vital psycho-social information from clients, families, and relevant stakeholders.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment and crisis plans in collaboration with clients, encouraging a strengths-based approach.

  • Work closely with medical professionals and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.
  • Document patient progress meticulously, create treatment plans, and update goals regularly to track improvements and adjustments in care.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals struggling with addiction and associated mental health issues, including children and adolescents. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in mental health counseling with an active LMHC license is required.
