Registered Nurse - PRN

St. George Endoscopy

M-F Schedule

No Weekends / No Holidays / No Call

St. George Endoscopy Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis. This position consists of 10-hour shifts, typically 4–8 shifts per month, with opportunities for additional shifts based on staffing needs.

We are a fast-paced endoscopy center known for our positive, supportive work environment. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented nurse to complement our hardworking and dedicated staff.

Responsibilities primarily focus on pre-operative and post-operative patient care and include:

  • Preparing and assessing patients after procedures
  • Providing safe and compassionate care during recovery
  • Monitoring patients following sedation
  • Providing discharge education and instructions
  • Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Working cooperatively with patients, physicians, and other staff members
  • Participating in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities
  • Assisting with other responsibilities that contribute to the safe and effective operation of the center

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Utah Registered Nurse license
  • Acute care nursing knowledge and clinical proficiency
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
