  • Monitor patient progress through detailed documentation of vital signs, physiological responses, and functional status using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
  • Manage complex medical needs including IV infusions, wound care, catheterization, tube feeding, and aseptic techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations like laboratory testing and imaging (e.g., CT scans).
  • Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care plans, medication management, and rehabilitation exercises to promote recovery at home or in assisted living settings.

Qualifications/Requirements
