As an In-Home RN/LPN, you'll participate in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of skilled nursing services while providing teaching and nursing visits that help ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities include:
  • Performs client visits as needed with authorization by the Division of Senior and Disability Services, as well as reassessment visits for In-Home Services and Advanced Personal Care (APC) clients.
  • Weekly medication setup
  • Monthly diabetic nail care
  • General health evaluations
  • Skin assessments
  • Nursing assessments

Qualifications
  • Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

  • Geriatric nursing experience is helpful
