Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse [LPN] or Registered Nurse [RN] looking to join an organization that shares your values and commitment to excellence?

Join our team at Integrity Home Health Care! As a valued nurse, you’ll work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. It’s a chance to use your skills with purpose and make a lasting difference for patients and their families.

We are currently recruiting for an LPN or RN to reliably serve patients in the following areas:

  • Springfield, MO + surrounding areas
    • PPV [pay per visit]
      • Routine 30-60min in home visits
    • Flexible scheduling -
      • We are looking for someone Part Time with opportunity to grow case load up to Full Time.
          • Approx. 5-10 weekly visits
            • Nurse to schedule visits accordingly within month.
          • Potential to gain additional visits possible in the future.
