Duties & Responsibilities: The Per Diem NICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized care for critically ill neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This position requires clinical expertise in neonatology, patient assessments, and advanced life support techniques. As a per diem role, the RN will provide care on an as-needed basis, offering support to the NICU team during peak times, staff shortages, or special circumstances.
