What does a per diem compensation analyst do?

A Per Diem Compensation Analyst is a professional who works on an as-needed basis to evaluate and analyze employee compensation packages within an organization. They review salary data, benefits, incentive programs, and market trends to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices. Their work helps organizations maintain compliance with labor laws and attract or retain talent.
