The Opportunity
As a Scrub Tech, you'll support surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiology staff during operative procedures while helping maintain a safe, efficient, and sterile operating room environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and is passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Surgical & Patient Support
  • Assist during surgical procedures and pass instruments and supplies as needed
  • Prepare patients for surgery, including positioning and sterile draping
  • Monitor patient condition and communicate updates to the Registered Nurse
  • Assist with dressings, bandages, and other post-procedure needs
Sterile Field & Operating Room Operations
  • Maintain sterile technique throughout procedures
  • Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after surgery
  • Sterilize, assemble, and monitor surgical equipment and machines
  • Clean and restock operating rooms between cases
  • Prepare tissue specimens and maintain surgical records and documentation
  • Order and maintain surgical supplies and fluids
  • Complete mandatory training and other assigned duties

Qualifications
