Job description

Join Community
Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, "community" is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and benefits initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered - and we couldn't do it without you.
Make a Difference
The Compensation Analyst supports the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs that promote fair, competitive, and market-informed pay practices at Community Health Network. This role conducts compensation analyses, manages market data, supports program administration, and provides data-driven insights to help attract, retain, and engage caregivers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex business problems, improving processes, and helping build scalable compensation programs that are easy to understand, administer, and maintain. This position is a hybrid role and will require on-site work in Indianapolis, IN.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be collaborative, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to solve complex business problems and support fair and consistent compensation decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of the education requirement, a combination of education and related experience will be considered.
  • Three or more years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a related field required.
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience supporting compensation survey management, market pricing, benchmark maintenance, and market data governance.
  • Knowledge of compensation program administration, including merit increases, market reviews, incentive plans, salary structures, job evaluation, and job architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating internal equity, market competitiveness, pay practices, and providing compensation recommendations to business leaders and HR partners.
  • Experience developing and maintaining compensation reports, dashboards, workforce analytics, and compensation systems while partnering with HRIS and stakeholders to improve processes, reporting, and data quality.
  • Demonstrated commitment to compensation data integrity, regulatory compliance, policy governance, and participation in projects related to compensation strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Why Community?
At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration. We consider ALL an integral part of the exceptional patient experience. We PRIIDE ourselves on not having employees but Caregivers. Join our Community as we make a difference in your community.
