This role will help shape and strengthen the employee experience for Razomโ€™s U.S.-based team while supporting a collaborative global workforce dedicated to Ukraineโ€™s future.  The Manager, People Operations will oversee the operational backbone of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, compliance, payroll and benefits coordination, HR systems, employee data, and office operations support. The role also partners closely with colleagues in Ukraine and manages Office Experience Managers in both New York City and Washington, D.C.  This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure in evolving environments, improving operational processes, and helping mission-driven teams thrive.
