Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Entry Level Office Administrative Assistant to join our fast paced team. In this vital role, you will be supporting daily operations, ensuring that administrative tasks run smoothly and efficiently.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a professional and welcoming workplace. Responsibilities Manage office duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and bookkeeping software. Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members and clients with precision. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing Word processing materials to support daily operations.

Assist with office management activities including supply inventory, organization of files, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Provide client communication support through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and customer support initiatives. Support Operations when needed, including managing client information securely.

Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), QuickBooks, and productivity software. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry, typing, and document proofreading accurately. Strong communication skills in English and bilingual capabilities a plus Excellent phone communication etiquette Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and familiarity with calendar management tools.
