Job Description: Sales Administrator

Reports to: Pod Lead - Affiliatesย 

Role Summary:

The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting InKind's Enterprise Sales team and Affiliate Partnerships organization. This person is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of sales operations, maintaining accurate data and documentation, coordinating internal processes, and providing administrative support that enables our revenue teams to operate efficiently.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Enterprise Sales and Affiliate Partnerships teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales documentation, contracts, and reporting to ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate internal approvals, onboarding activities, and cross-functional communication between Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and pipeline updates for leadership while tracking key sales and affiliate performance metrics.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, assist with presentations, and support special projects that improve team efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, operations, or administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales or business development teams.
