Welcome to Love's: The HRIS and People Analytics Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and leveraging people analytics to drive strategic decision-making. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, with a focus on SuccessFactors platform management and advanced analytical design. The manager will collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure efficient HR operations and deliver actionable insights.

Job Duties:

  • Lead a small, agile team of HRIS and data analytics professionals.
  • Collaborate with IT to optimize the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS, with a strong emphasis on SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.
  • Design, implement, and optimize people analytics dashboards and reports to support HR and business objectives.
  • Partner with HR leadership to identify, define, and track key workforce metrics and trends.
  • Lead HRIS projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Train and support HR staff and end-users on HRIS best practices and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot system issues and ensure seamless HR technology operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for HRIS processes, analytics methodologies, and system configurations.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of HR data in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience managing HRIS platforms, with hands-on SuccessFactors expertise strongly preferred.
  • Strength in analytical design, including data modeling, visualization, and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and HRIS reporting modules.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
