Welcome to Love's: The HRIS and People Analytics Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and leveraging people analytics to drive strategic decision-making. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, with a focus on SuccessFactors platform management and advanced analytical design. The manager will collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure efficient HR operations and deliver actionable insights.
Job Duties:
- Lead a small, agile team of HRIS and data analytics professionals.
- Collaborate with IT to optimize the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS, with a strong emphasis on SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.
- Design, implement, and optimize people analytics dashboards and reports to support HR and business objectives.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify, define, and track key workforce metrics and trends.
- Lead HRIS projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Train and support HR staff and end-users on HRIS best practices and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot system issues and ensure seamless HR technology operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for HRIS processes, analytics methodologies, and system configurations.
- Ensure security and confidentiality of HR data in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience managing HRIS platforms, with hands-on SuccessFactors expertise strongly preferred.
- Strength in analytical design, including data modeling, visualization, and interpretation.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and HRIS reporting modules.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
