Organization: Washington Field Office (WFO) / Organic Industrial Base Integration Office (OIBIO)
Position Type: Full-Time Contractor
Clearance Requirement: TS-SCI
Education /Experience Requirement: MA/MS in related field with 15 years' experience. MA/MS can be substituted for 25+ related military experience.
Position Summary
The position serves as the Pentagon Liaison and Senior Executive Support Officer for the Washington Field Office / Organic Industrial Base Integration Office (WFO/OIBIO) in support of Army Materiel Command Operations and Readiness. The role is responsible for the end-to-end management, integration, and execution of WFO/OIBIO requirements within the Pentagon, ensuring seamless coordination with Army Secretariat and HQDA stakeholders.
This is a high-visibility, high-trust position providing direct support to senior military and civilian leadership. The position requires an individual with established Pentagon experience, a deep understanding of Army Secretariat and HQDA staff processes, and proven ability to operate independently in a senior-leader environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Senior Pentagon Liaison
  • Serve as the principal liaison and integrator between WFO/OIBIO leadership and Army Secretariat, HQDA, Joint Staff, and other Pentagon organizations.
  • Navigate complex staff processes, synchronize actions across organizations, and ensure leadership priorities are clearly communicated and executed.
  • Represent WFO/OIBIO professionally and credibly in senior staff forums.

Senior Executive Support
  • Provide direct executive-level support to senior military and/or civilian leaders.
  • Independently manage calendars, travel, engagements, and meeting coordination in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Anticipate leader requirements, resolve conflicts, and maintain disciplined battle rhythm support.

Task and Workflow Management
  • Exercise full responsibility for tracking and managing WFO/OIBIO taskings using Enterprise Task Management Software System (ETMS2).
  • Monitor suspenses, ensure analytical quality and staff coordination, and drive tasks to completion.
  • Provide accurate, timely status updates to leadership and elevate issues as required.

Pentagon Access Control and Security Coordination
  • Manage all Pentagon access, badging, visitation, and clearance coordination for government personnel and contractors.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with security and access requirements to prevent mission disruption.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for access-related issues impacting WFO/OIBIO operations.

Contractor and Army-Furnished Equipment (AFE) Management
  • Manage contractor requirements for Army-furnished equipment.
  • Oversee contractor support requirements, including coordination, accountability, and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications
  • Prior, substantive experience working inside the Pentagon or directly supporting Army Secretariat/HQDA staffs.
  • Demonstrated experience providing trusted, independent executive-level support to senior military or civilian leaders.
  • Expert understanding of Army staff operations, task management, and Pentagon protocols.
  • Proven experience using ETMS2 or similar DoD task management systems.
  • Active Top Secret - SCI clearance
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, manage competing priorities, and perform under sustained senior-leader tempo.

Highly Desired Qualifications
  • Former military officer or senior NCO with Pentagon or HQDA experience.
  • Former Army civilian (GS-13/14/15) or contractor with senior staff integration responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Operations and Readiness, Organic Industrial Base, or Army acquisition environments.
