About the Role
The Vice President of VIP Interactive will be responsible for leading PENN Interactive's VIP and Player Development business, with a focus on driving VIP growth, strengthening high-value player relationships, and delivering revenue performance across the interactive business.
This role will oversee VIP strategy, customer relationship management, VIP team development/performance, compliance, and revenue growth across all regions Penn Interactive operates, include the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have prior online gaming experience, deep knowledge of high-end VIP customers, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with the most valuable players in the business.
This leader will be accountable for building a strong leadership bench, driving host effectiveness, increasing player retention, and supporting sustainable VIP revenue growth.
About the Work
  • Lead PENN Interactive's VIP and Player Development organization across the US and Canada
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for VIP growth, customer retention, and revenue performance
  • Drive VIP customer lifecycle strategies to maximize player value and profitability
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Directors, Managers, Executive Hosts, VIP Hosts, and Associate Hosts by creating a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Build a strong leadership bench through succession planning, talent development, mentorship, and performance management
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive consistent execution and business results across all markets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with PENN Interactive's highest-value customers, serving as a strategic ambassador for the VIP business
  • Leverage deep knowledge of high-value player behavior, industry trends, and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities and inform business strategy
  • Analyze business performance and customer trends to optimize VIP performance, customer retention, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Product, CRM, Analytics, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to support VIP business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, responsible gaming, and company policies across multiple jurisdictions
  • Own the overall performance of the VIP organization, with success measured by team results, revenue growth, customer retention, leadership development, and achievement of strategic business objectives

About You
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in player development, casino marketing, VIP operations, online gaming, or related gaming industries.
  • Minimum 5+ years of VIP leadership experience within online casino, iGaming, sportsbook, or interactive gaming environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-market teams and developing high-performing leaders.
  • Proven track record of driving VIP revenue growth, customer retention, and profitability through effective team leadership.
  • Deep understanding of VIP player development, customer acquisition, retention strategies, CRM, and host operations.
  • Extensive experience managing relationships with high-value VIP customers.
  • Established network of high-value players and industry relationships within the online gaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of VIP customer behavior, competitive industry offerings, and market trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
