Peloton Workforce is currently seeking qualified candidates on behalf of our client, a growing recreational supply company located in Batavia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, driving business growth, and earning strong commission income.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach
- Present products and solutions to customers and identify their needs
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Marketing experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office is beneficial
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $50,000
- Expected first-year total compensation: $70,000–$75,000+
