About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of Pacvue's innovative product portfolio. You'll be a champion of our products and develop compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. You'll define positioning, craft impactful messaging, and execute go-to-market strategies that support product adoption and contribute to revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution

Responsibilities:

  • Value Proposition & Messaging: Craft compelling and differentiated value propositions that highlight product benefits and resonate with customer needs. Develop comprehensive messaging frameworks that clearly articulate product features and advantages.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, encompassing messaging, communication channels, and rollout timelines
  • Market Intelligence & Segmentation: Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify key target segments and develop customer personas, informing product positioning decisions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product management, sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver enablement resources, including sales decks, battle cards, and one-pagers, helping sales teams communicate product value effectively

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in product marketing or a related field, preferably within a B2B or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful product marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive landscapes within a defined product area.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with product management, sales, marketing, and partnerships teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and customer segmentation techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000-$145,000 USD. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant's experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data for their location. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of Pacvue's highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
