• Full time Nights
• 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM (three 12 hr shifts per week)
• Self Schedule (requirements: 2 Friday, 2 Saturday, and 2 Sunday shifts per 6-week schedule
• 2 holidays per year

Join the heartbeat of healing on 3W at Aurora Oshkosh-where teamwork thrives, pediatric smiles inspire, and every shift brings purpose. Our 16 bed general med/surg unit provides patient care for a variety of different diagnoses including peritoneal dialysis and pediatrics.

This unit is known to be fast paced with a great variety of patient populations. They have a strong sense of team to provide the highest quality of patient care.

We're Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• PALS within 6 months of hire

What You'll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
