Join our team at Springfield Crossings as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time & part-time opportunities available. FT, 3p-11p. EOW, 7a-3p. Same Day Pay! $16 - $20 an hour (all inclusive).

Responsibilities as Personal Care Assistant (PCA):

  • Assist our licensed and certified staff
  • Bed-making
  • Tidying resident rooms
  • Ensure call bells/bed controls in reach
  • Help serve drinks, snacks and meals
  • Assist with providing companionship and socialization for residents and patients
  • Help answer phones for the nurses

Qualifications for Personal Care Assistant (PCA):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • CNA Licensed in state.
