Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Advantage PCA & Senior Care is a locally owned and operated home care provider serving individuals and families throughout the Cromwell Area. We deliver personalized in-home support to children, adults, and seniors, helping clients maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life in their own homes.

We are currently hiring for a part-time position in Cromwell with a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We are seeking reliable, caring individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their community.

What Your Day May Look Like

Every day as a Personal Care Assistant is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. Depending on each client's individualized needs, your day may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and/or behavioral support and redirection. You'll build meaningful relationships while maintaining client confidentiality and communicating any changes or concerns to the care team.
