Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our Health & Rehab team at Henson Park. In this role, you will support residents with daily activities while helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide hands-on support with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor Resident Well-being: Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or mental status to the nursing staff.
  • Meal Assistance: Help residents with eating, drinking, and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
  • Housekeeping Support: Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Companionship: Engage residents in meaningful conversations, activities, and recreational programs to promote mental and emotional health.
