People Operations Manager - Human Resources

We are seeking a People Ops Manager to support HR operations, compliance, onboarding, training, employee experience, and process improvement across our multi-site healthcare organization.

This role serves as a key corporate HR resource for facility leaders, employees, HR team members, payroll, benefits, leave administration, and operations leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-minded, collaborative, and comfortable supporting leaders across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve and standardize HR processes, workflows, forms, checklists, and tools.

  • Serve as a corporate HR contact for HR process questions and general guidance.

  • Support HR systems, reporting, data integrity, and process compliance.

  • Lead and improve orientation, onboarding, and HR-related training initiatives.

  • Support employee experience, communication, engagement, and retention efforts.

  • Assist with HR compliance, documentation, personnel file standards, audits, policies, and recordkeeping.

  • Partner with payroll, PBJ, benefits, leave administration, HR, and operations teams.

  • Provide support, direction, and accountability to assigned HR operations team members, if applicable.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification required.

  • HR operations, compliance, onboarding, training, healthcare, long-term care, or multi-site experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to influence leaders, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

Travel to facilities, meetings, and training sessions will be required.
