Job description

Our client is seeking a Temp-Hire Payroll Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-state U.S. payroll for approximately 3,000–5,000 employees using the ADP GlobalView platform.


You’ll partner across HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure payroll compliance, reporting accuracy, and an exceptional employee experience.

Pay rate:


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage U.S. multi-state payroll for 3,000–5,000 employees using ADP GlobalView
  • Oversee outsourced payroll managed services, including:
  • Gross-to-net calculations
  • Employee payments
  • Tax services
  • Garnishments
  • Serve as the primary administrator for ADP eTime/timekeeping systems
  • Support weekly payroll processing, month-end close, quarter-end, and year-end activities
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
  • Research historical payroll data and process adjustments/corrections as needed
  • Generate payroll reporting, analysis, special reports, tax amendments, and troubleshooting support
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, vendors, and cross-functional teams to improve payroll processes and efficiencies


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience with strong knowledge of payroll regulations, leaves, and time-off policies


Hands-on experience with:

  • ADP GlobalView is a MUST
  • ADP eTime or other automated time & attendance systems
  • SuccessFactors HCM
  • Payroll tax filings and payments
  • Technical interfaces and file feed structures
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with payroll implementations or system projects is a plus
