LHH is currently seeking Payroll Administrators for temporary opportunities with companies throughout the Portland area.
If you're a detail-oriented payroll professional who enjoys ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, we'd love to connect with you.
Potential Responsibilities
  • Process weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly payroll
  • Review and validate employee timecards and payroll data
  • Maintain payroll records and employee information
  • Assist employees with payroll-related questions
  • Process wage garnishments, deductions, and tax withholdings
  • Support payroll audits, reporting, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations
Qualifications
  • Previous payroll experience preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, wage laws, and payroll systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
