The Office Associate provides essential administrative and operational support to Housing Facilities Operations and serves as a key liaison between front-line staff and central university administrative units. This role ensures employees working in the residential complexes receive the guidance, resources, and coordination needed to successfully navigate university-required processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between Housing Facilities Operations and central university administrative offices
  • Support payroll, timekeeping, and compliance processes by assisting staff in understanding expectations and requirements
  • Assist with employee onboarding, including documentation, coordination, and process guidance
  • Maintain accurate, organized records and compliance-related documentation
  • Connect employees to appropriate university services and resources as needed
  • Provide clear, consistent communication to support staff and supervisors
  • Contribute to accurate, efficient, and professional daily operations
  • Support a positive and supportive work environment for both employees and students
